This course provides an in-depth introduction to the structure, requirements, and intent of ISO 45001, focusing on how organizations implement, maintain, and improve an Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Participants will explore the core clauses of the standard, including leadership commitment, risk-based thinking, hazard identification, operational controls, and performance evaluation.

In the internal audit component, the course introduces the principles of auditing based on ISO 19011 guidelines. Participants learn how to plan, conduct, report, and follow up internal audits to assess conformity, identify gaps, and support continual improvement.
